copyright of all images and video captured.

You are purchasing an in perpetuity, Non Exclusive image/video license to use images and or video captured of property for your business online advertising and small print advertising up to 1/4 page spread only.

Photos and Video are non transferable to third parties such as Real Estate agents, Builders, Architects, interior designers, staging companies, other media companies or homeowners.

You will not share/give/sell/distribute photos or video to any third party. The download link should NEVER be shared with anyone outside of your team. If third parties are interested in the images or video, they need to be directed to Brad Scott in order to purchase a separate license to use the media.

Any magazine publications must have photo credit given to Brad Scott and have permission from photographer prior to publishing. Social Media credit can be given to @bradscottvisuals

Brad Scott & Sierra Nevada Productions LLC can use & sell the photo and video content captured. Any stock photography or video provided by Brad Scott & Sierra Nevada productions LLC remains the sole property of Brad Scott and is not to be used in other projects or listings nor shared with third parties.

It is your responsibility to download and store all content. Hard Drives fail and Sierra Nevada Productions LLC
is not responsible for storing content after 2 months post photo or video shoot.

Sierra Nevada Productions LLC will deliver the photo and video files via our content delivery system
emailing you a link to download your content. You will receive web quality and a full resolution
print quality version of photos. All photos are generally delivered within 48 - 72 hours
and video 3-4 business days. Excessive mileage over 50 miles round trip is
billed at $10 per mile. Cancelations on the same day will result in a $50 fee.

Properties are captured in condition as they appear when we arrive on site. Brad Scott Visuals provides photography
& Video services. Brad Scott Visuals does not provide staging, cleaning, furniture moving or home maintainance services.

Please have property, photo ready prior to photoshoot to insure the best possible images and photo content.

Below is a list of best practices to insure great photos:

1. Make sure home is clean and decluttered
2. Be sure all lightbulbs are working and if possible same color tempurature ( hue not warm mixed with cool)
3. Personal items throughout home should be hidden including family photos, bathroom toiletries, clothing, animal bowls and beds, shoes, laundry baskets, trash cans, clutter on kitchen counters etc.
4. Beds are properly made with wrinkles removed and pillows fluffed
5. Pine needles and leaves are cleaned off decks and driveways
6. Snow is removed from driveways and decks
7. Furniture is in position you want it photographed
8. Cords on TV, Cable, Internet, lamps etc are organized/ hidden.
9. Window blinds are open
10. Anything you would not like in the images needs to be removed prior to us arriving for photoshoot.
